Over the years I have have inspected and written reports on hundreds of properties as a state licensed home inspector. My wife (the  real estate fanatic) and I have bought, fixed up and sold several houses over the last 15 years.

Usually we lived in these houses as we fixed them up…but, living out of cardboard boxes gets old after a while and we finally settled in a little house we truly love-after we fixed it up of course.

We have learned a lot over the years about fixing up and will share some of the experiences and knowledge we have gained as a result of our experience.
